It was established for the purpose of conducting academic and practical research for the development of tourism studies and contributing to the innovative growth of the tourism industry and the creation of an innovative and fair industrial ecosystem.
In order to develop new products, services, and business models in the tourism industry and realize potential and discover innovative service ideas, we are conducting empirical research based on behavioral science, cognitive science, and decision-making theories. Various industry, government, and academic research projects related to sustainable tourism are being carried out.
